• Q: What if I have insurance?

  • A: Keep it for emergencies and specialist care! We are a substitute for ineffective routine coverage, not all coverage. We will provide you with a "superbill" receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

• Q: Are there any hidden fees?

  • A: None. The membership fee is all-inclusive for the services listed. The only extra costs are if you choose to purchase discounted retail products.

• Q: What happens when you reach too many members?

  • A: We close enrollment at a set number of patients to ensure we can provide the highest level of care and access to our current members. A waitlist will be started for when spots open.

• Q: Can I cancel my membership?

  • A: Yes, with a 30-day written notice. MRI fees are non-refundable, and refunds will be given with visits used billed at the regular fee of $45a. All services utilized will be billed at regular prices as your spot was held exclusively for you. For example, if a patient signed up for the 12-month plan and used 25 visits and requested to cancel their membership:

  • $1735 (12-month membership fee)- $500 (MRI fee) - 20 visits at normal fee of $45 ($900) and Exam ($125). $500 + $900+ $125 = $1525 used in total services.  $1735-$1525=$210 refund to patient.
